Objective: To contribute in a Department of Defense Program in the capacity of a Program / Project Management & Leadership role and help drive and assist in the organization’s success, by utilizing my past experiences and expertise in DoD space and similar commercial programs.

§    Complex program & project management in situations of high visibility; DoD and corporate programs & projects, process Improvement, software projects, as well as sub-contracted vendor management, with multi million-dollar budgets, including successful assumption of out-of-scope situations in need of critical turnaround

§    Proposal /Program/Project solution generation and execution in business process re-engineering

§    Multi-Project management experience, while keeping all on-time and in-scope, in addition to applying rational analytical problem solving techniques

§    Program and Project Management of Siebel and integration programs in Sales and CRM

§   Project Management of re-engineering processes with B2B and inter-business technology integration, reducing procurement cycle times 50% with 40% accuracy increase

§    Proficient interpersonal skills, oral/written communications and excellent presentations

§    Secret / COMSEC in process of reactivation – EPSQ submitted 2003.02 – interim clearance expected 2003.03
